Taste Test | Blue Margarita from Great House Restaurant

Take home a taste of Sailrock Resort by learning how to make the Blue Margarita, offered at the Great House Restaurant & Bar. This cocktail is a classic and refreshing margarita that embodies the blues of the Caribbean waters off of South Caicos island in the Turks & Caicos.

Ingredients:
• 3 oz Tequila
• 1 oz Blue Curacao
• 0.5 oz fresh-squeezed Lime Juice
• Sea salt

Instructions:
To make, first rub the rim of cocktail glass with lime juice and dip the rim in sea salt. Pour tequila, blue curacao, and fresh lime juice with ice into shaker and shake until cold. Strain mixture into the salt – rimmed glass and finish with a garnish of lime. Enjoy!
