VILLAS AT GREAT HOUSE – CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction crews and heavy equipment are bustling around the Villas at Great House site making considerable construction progress during the month of July.  At the Great House, the lower wood deck foundation, swimming pool, pool deck and planters have been completed. Focus here has now shifted to the lower level of the Great House, which is expected to be completed within the next 30 to 45 days.

Three of the Ridgetop residences are under construction, with the required site-work having been completed with a healthy respect for the surrounding vegetation. Structural walls are now at second floor level on Ridgetop Residence Building #6 with the floor for the second level to be poured in the coming days. The foundation for the Ridgetop Residence Building #5 will be completed by next week with structural walls to immediately follow.

Just up the road in Sailrock Peninsula Bluffs, the Coral 3 private villa has also progressed significantly with all block work being completed and most plumbing and electric work in place. The ring beam and much of the villa floor will be poured at the end of the week with roof installation starting in early August.
