VILLAS AT GREAT HOUSE – CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction is rapidly progressing at Villas at Great House. Since the ground-breaking ceremony in late-March, construction crews have been very busy completing the site work associated with the Phase 1 Ridgetop residences, with foundations for these residences in process. The Great House pool deck has been poured and foundation work is currently underway. Over the course of the next few weeks, vertical progress will become very evident as the buildings in this resort continue to take shape.

Completion of Phase 1 is on schedule for late-2015, with occupancies planned for the late season holidays. The first phase of Villas at Great House will consist of Beach Front Villas, Ridgetop Oceanfront Residences & Suites and the Great House. Set on 42 acres, this low-density resort embraces the spirit of Out Island Luxury – casual comfort with authentic Caribbean charm.

Once completed, The Villas at Great House will serve as the focal point for Sailrock. Great House with its restaurant, bar, lounge, fresh market and stunning infinity edge pool will offer all the desired modern amenities.
