PROGRESS AT GREAT HOUSE

The Villas at Great House continue to see impressive construction progress. Peering up from the beach at this new exciting destination, it is easy to imagine guests soon enjoying all the features and amenities that Great House will offer.

The Beach Villas are particularly well along, and under roof with window and door installations slated in the coming days. The IPE decking surrounding the pool terraces is currently being installed and upon completion will really showcase the “inside-outside” lifestyle promoted by the Beach Villas. The cedar shake roofs are also nearing completion, an architectural element that truly blends with South Caicos’ natural surroundings.

At the Great House, the rafter installation is completed and the building is now under roof. External windows and doors are being installed on the lower level and electrical work is in progres throughout. This entials the Great House is nearly ready for its connection to power.

The Great House will formally open in 2016, and will offer guests world-class amenities with unparalleled natural surroundings.
