VILLAS AT GREAT HOUSE – CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Seeing the construction progression at Great House makes it very easy to visualize its completion in late-2015 and all scheduling is on pace to meet this established grand-opening time frame.

During the month of September, we witnessed the completion of the structural walls on all three Ridgetop Residence buildings with each of them ready for roof top-off in October. Workers have also started to erect the interior stud walls on the first floor of these residences.

The excavation for foundations of all five of the Phase 1 Beach Villas have been completed, with reinforcements for the foundations now being placed on the sites. Footing foundations and the cisterns will be poured during the month of October.

There is also construction taking place on private villas located north of Great House on the Peninsula. One of these villas is nearly completed and the other is midway through completion with the roof currently being erected.
