PROGRESS REPORT | SAILROCK RESORT

Sailrock Resort is nearing completion with the final touches being put into place including cosmetic finishes, light fixtures and appliances in the Ridgetop Suites and Beachfront Villas. The pools are being filled and private outdoor shower gardens are almost complete in the Beachfront Villas. The final piece of the Sailrock Resort aesthetic is the landscaping, which is growing in nicely with the recent rains on island, with more to come in the near future! The landscaping is purposeful, thoughtfully-planned and indicative of vegetation naturally found on South Caicos as to enhance the authentic beauty of South Caicos throughout the resort, while providing privacy to individual accommodations.

Guest check-in will be at the Great House, also in its final stages of construction before guests arrive later this year. The Great House will be the hub for Sailrock Resort, offering a meeting place, front desk, restaurant, bar, infinity swimming pool and fitness center.
